CALSTRS Consolidates Workspace with ServiceNow® Workplace Service Delivery - Stridepath

The Brief:****The California State Teacher’s Retirement System (CALSTRS) provides retirement, disability and survivor benefits for California’s 965,000 pre-kindergarten through community college education and their families. CALSTRS sought to maintain compliance with hybrid working environments by engaging ServiceNow®.

What We Did:****Stridepath implemented ServiceNow® Workplace Service Delivery with the following four components: Reservation Management, Space Management, Indoor Mapping, and Wayfinding. Additionally, the deployment of WSD facilitated the opening of a new headquarters for CALSTRS.

Results:****CALSTRS was able to consolidate from 4 to 2 buildings with the 2,200 employees engaged in their new system.
