Greg Smith

Managing Partner and CEO

Greg Smith is a purpose driven leader who believes that discipline, curiosity, and service are the keys to building extraordinary teams and enduring success. A veteran of both U.S. Army Special Operations and the enterprise technology communities, Greg brings over two decades of experience leading high-performance teams through complex missions and transformation.

Before joining Stridepath Consulting, Greg built a reputation as a trusted operator and strategist; aligning people, process, and technology to deliver outcomes that matter. His time in the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment instilled in him a lifelong commitment to excellence, adaptability, and putting the team and the mission above all else; values he continues to carry into his daily routine and every customer engagement.

During his professional career, Greg has accumulated over 25 years of hands-on experience in the HR technology industry, with deep expertise in “core HR systems of record” such as Workday, UKG, and Oracle, and in integrating with “systems of interaction” like ServiceNow. He has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives across industries, helping organizations modernize their HR operations, enhance employee experiences, and unlock new value from their technology investments. Greg’s unique ability to bridge back-end HR platforms with front-end engagement tools has made him a sought-after advisor for companies looking to unify strategy and execution across the employee lifecycle.

Greg is also a passionate lifelong learner who thrives on new challenges and ideas. Whether navigating change, coaching rising leaders, or architecting enterprise solutions, he’s driven by a simple but powerful belief: the right people, united around a shared purpose, can solve anything.

When not working, Greg can usually be found on a golf course, an alpine mountain trail, or traveling with his family.

Brandy Bass

Managing Partner and COO

Brandy is a people-first consulting leader with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations transform how they work. She brings deep expertise in ServiceNow delivery, HR and IT strategy, and operations leadership—and is known for cultivating collaborative, results-driven teams that deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes.

With over ten years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, Brandy began her career in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Customer Service Management before shifting her focus to HR strategy and Employee Workflows. This blend of experience gives her a uniquely balanced perspective on how to improve the employee experience through technology.

Brandy brings a grounded, problem-solving mindset to her work and thrives on tackling complex challenges that have a measurable impact. Outside of work, she enjoys riding horses, strength training, fishing, and spending time with her family and dog.

Will Finnegan

Managing Partner and SVP of Customer Experience

Will is an HR and IT Professional with 20+ years of experience in the fields of Strategic Advisement, Professional Services Leadership, Consulting, Project Management, Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales Support. He has led Consulting teams for the implementation of Core HR and ATS systems, as well as managed and built SaaS/Cloud delivery teams. Will has spearheaded the efforts of redesigning system architecture and HR business processes to increase efficiencies and reduce cost. He is dedicated to applying his knowledge, creativity, technical aptitude, project management skills, and leadership to achieving his customer’s goals.

Michael Horazy

Managing Partner and VP of Sales

Michael Horazy is a seasoned sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the HR Technology and Professional Services space. As Managing Partner and VP of Sales, he’s built high-performing sales teams from the ground up and led them to exceed ambitious growth goals year after year.

Michael’s approach to sales is rooted in one core belief: success comes from deeply understanding a client’s goals and aligning the right solutions to help them achieve real business outcomes.

Outside the office, Mike is a devoted family man and passionate golfer who’s always looking to improve both his short game and his impact as a leader.

Susie Moore

Director of Employee Experience

Susie Moore is a dedicated and values-driven Human Resources leader who brings a unique blend of operational insight and people-first focus to her work. With a foundation in accounting, Susie developed a deep appreciation for compliance, structure, and doing things the right way. Her passion lies in building strong, connected teams and creating workplace communities where individuals and organizations thrive together.

Susie believes that a positive and inclusive culture is key to long-term success—and that culture doesn’t happen by chance. Through her commitment to the “team-first” mindset, she works to foster environments where people feel supported, engaged, and empowered.

As an HR leader, Susie is focused on creating opportunities for others, promoting a respectful and collaborative workplace, ensuring compliance, and mentoring individuals as they grow in their careers. Her goal is simple: to support people and the business in doing their best work, together.

Outside of work, Susie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking, and yes—even cleaning. She finds joy in life’s simple routines and believes balance at home helps her bring her best to work.

Samra Withers

Director of Marketing

Samra Withers is a seasoned marketing leader with nearly eight years of experience leading brand growth, shaping go-to-market strategies, and driving customer engagement within the ServiceNow ecosystem. She has been at the heart of this journey since the early days of The Anti and continues to lead marketing with the same passion and purpose at Stridepath Consulting, following the company’s rebrand in July 2025.

At Stridepath Consulting, Samra leads marketing efforts focused on transforming the employee experience through ServiceNow’s Employee Workflows. She is passionate about helping organizations simplify complex HR and workplace processes, bringing purpose in motion to every project—focusing on marketing that not only resonates but drives measurable results.

Samra thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity. From in-person events and webinars to targeted campaigns, she crafts marketing experiences that move people and businesses forward.

When she’s not leading marketing initiatives, you’ll likely find Samra experimenting with healthy recipes, tackling new fitness challenges, or spending time outdoors soaking up fresh air and new adventures.
