PwC Canada Unlocks a Customized and Memorable Onboarding Experience

The Brief:
PwC Canada had a goal to support a better onboarding experience for new hires. To reach this goal, PwC engaged Stridepath Consulting to implement a suitable technology solution that would improve the employee onboarding experience by creating an automated and personalized journey for new hires by providing them with relevant and timely information from the time they accept an offer and leading up to their first day and beyond.

What We Did:
To help PwC reach its goals, we implemented ServiceNow® HRSD and Employee Center Pro. This 18-month project included 13 Lifecycle Events, 1 Custom Application, 7 Integrations, and much more.

Results:
PwC Canada has unlocked a platform that will revolutionize its employee experience. New hires are now greeted with a custom portal that personalizes their journey and provides them with crucial information. This portal provides the opportunity for immediate employee satisfaction and readiness. The journey begins at the time of an accepted offer, resulting in well-used resources and enhanced efficiency as the onboarding cycle moves from initial start to final completion.

AAA Case Study

The Auto Club Group – Creating Safer Workplaces in 13 days

The Brief:
Time-sensitive OSHA guidelines for new vaccine tracking compliance put Auto Club Group under the gun to implement ServiceNow® Safe Work Place Suite before Thanksgiving break. ServiceNow® recommended Stridepath Consulting to close the technical gap and hit the deadline.

What We Did:
Stridepath quickly assembled the right resources, helping ACG prioritize core Safe Work Place Suite functionality and hit an aggressive deadline. In tandem, the team curated a list of ‘nice-to-haves’ and workflow enhancements for phase 2.

The Results:
Partnering together, ServiceNow®, ACG and Stridepath hit the go-live target date and implemented new OSHA vaccine tracking compliance in less than two weeks.

The Brief:
Rapid growth left the FIS HR team with 20 year old homegrown systems and three different global onboarding processes. With no ability to track, manage and measure cases and onboarding, the HR team couldn’t optimize their service delivery to employees.

Stridepath started with Prescriptive Services for Case & Knowledge, augmented with an additional 37 customer specific services and life cycle events to streamline the FIS new hire onboarding process globally.
