Avangrid, Inc. – Tracking, Managing, and Measuring Cases

The Brief:
Avangrid, Inc. is a diversified energy and utility company with $30 billion in assets and operations in 25 states. The company employs 70,000 people, but at the time was unable to track, manage, or measure cases.

What We Did:
Stridepath implemented HRSD – Case Management within a 22-week timeline. Our team configured 23 prescriptive services and integrated SAP along with IVR. We’ve also helped Avangrid stand up Employee Relations to make it easier for their Employees and Labor Relations Team to submit, manage, track and report on cases.

Results:
This project enabled efficiency gains in HR Operations and improved the team member HR service experience for Avangrid.
